Himalayan Pink Salt is softening and detoxifying

Contains 84 minerals and elements that can be found in the human body. A wonderful detoxifier, himalayan salts aid the transfer of toxins from the body and help to provide smooth, radiant and healthy looking skin.

Epsom Salts are anti-inflammatory and rejuvenating.

Containing magnesium, epsom salts are easily absorbed into the skin where the magnesium ions break apart and promote the production of serotin which can help to regulate your mood.  In addition to rejuvenating the body, epsom salts can help to ease anxiety and restlessness. The anti inflammatory effects of epsom salts can also reduce inflammation to help tense, tight and overworked muscles and joints.

Coconut oil is light and moisturising

A beautiful light oil and a natural dispersant for the essential oil blend within our mineral bath salts.  Coconut oil lightly moisturises the skin (without blocking pores), leaving your skin feeling deliciously smooth.

Vitamin E is regenerative, penetrating and protective.
In addition to providing the skin with a whole host of antioxidant properties, vitamin E is a natural antioxidant which we use to help maintain the freshness, quality and therapeutic properties of our mineral bath salts.

Run a bath to your preferred temperature and once ready, add a generous amount of salts into the water.  

Gently swirl the water to help the salts to dissolve and mindfully inhale the soothing blend of essential oils.  

Take a minute to set your intention for this moment and if you wish, you can tap into the power of Montu for additional support, before carefully stepping into the bath and allowing all previous stresses and strains to simply melt away.
